We took the decision to overclad our elderly and rather porous asbestos sheet roof and the end result is phenomenal. Insulation between the old roof and new oversheeting, frames formed around the roof lights with new transparent panels, all the gulleys relined and guttering replaced. It looks like and is effectively a new roof!

Following a series of meetings between JDB personnel, our tenants, their architects and myself to ensure every aspect of H&S was covered and that the scheduling of the work wouldn't impact negatively on the tenant's commercial operations. JDB were extremely supportive and helpful throughout.

The project was completed ahead of time and to the satisfaction of our professional overseers as well as the tenants.

Since the roof was overclad, there haven't been any further reports of water ingress, the building looks better than it has for many years and we haven't needed to call upon JDB for any further work.
