3000m2 Roofing Overclad and Wall Cladding in Hertfordshire
Our client, a luxury bathroom supplier to the leading UK bathroom retailers required a roof refurbishment, and an update to their tired wall cladding.
A family run business with strong traditional values, our client wanted to be reassured they were working with a team that shared the same ethos.
JDB Refurbishments were appointed to overclad their 3000m2 asbestos roof with 0.7 plastisol coated metal profiled sheeting incorporating new GRP Class 3 rooflights. As part of the refurbishment all the original rooflights which were now brittle and discoloured were replaced with GRP Class 1 rooflights in a matching profile to the existing.
After an initial pre start meeting, where works schedule and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) were submitted, safety netting and scaffolding were installed before works commenced.
The project was finished within the time schedule discussed, much to the clients delight, and JDB Refurbishments are excited about assisting them with their next phase of works.
